Researchers at Stress in America reported that in 2014, the average teen experiences a stress level of 5.9 out of 10 during the school year. That’s 230% higher than the healthy amount of stress and 70% higher than the average stressed out adult!

High stress levels can lead to risky behaviors, miscommunication and understanding between teens and parents, and poor stress management skills in adulthood.

Learn how to be a resource for your teen by effectively communicating with them and helping them (and you!) reduce stress levels to make the best decisions in life!
