Join us for an ABCs of Balance workshop!
In this presentation, you’ll learn how aging can affect balance and coordination, along with ways to stay healthy and help prevent falls. The workshop includes simple techniques to train the body’s balance systems and easy exercises to improve balance and confidence with movement.
