Join us for the Community Health Improvement Partnership Leadership Council meeting from 2-4 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19. The Community Health Improvement Partnership meets three times each year to support collaboration and guide community health efforts in Sarasota County, with a focus on access to care, behavioral health and well-being, and the built environment.
