Join us for Walk With Ease, a six-week program designed to help participants safely increase physical activity, reduce pain, and improve overall health and well-being. This one-hour group class combines guided walking with practical tips and strategies to help you stay active and build a routine that works for you.
The next session begins Monday, June 1 at 8:45 a.m. and will meet at the Senior Friendship Center. Participants of all fitness levels are welcome.
