The Healthy Sarasota County Collaborative meets virtually on the third Wednesday of the month at 10 am. This will be the last meeting for 2023. The purpose of the Collaborative is to share information, news, resources, and events on chronic disease prevention, as well as to support the chronic disease prevention objectives on the Sarasota County Community Health Improvement Plan.
