Back to School Immunizations Clinic CANCLED
August 04, 2024 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM Due to inclement weather, the Back-to-School Clinic scheduled at our North Port location on August 4, 2024, has been cancelled. To ensure all students receive their required vaccinations, we will be extending the North Port Immunization Clinic hours from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM during the week of August 5-9, with walk-in hours from 4:00 PM to 5:30 PM. The Florida Department of Health in Sarasota County is slated to host a Back-to-School immunization clinic August 4, from 8 a.m. to noon DOH Sarasota North Port immunizations Clinic, located at 6950 Outreach Way, North Port, 34287.
All required immunizations for entry into school will be offered.
*Your child must be registered in Florida Shots. Parents must bring the child’s birth certificate and their valid ID.
