The Community Health Action Team (CHAT) is looking for your input to assess the conditions in your community for the Community Health Assessment. We encourage you to participate in the Windshield/Walking Community Tours to get active and provide key observations from your community. Your observations will be used to inform our Community Health Assessment and will be included in our report. Our goal is to continue to make Sarasota County a healthy and safe place to live, and we need your feedback.
Join us at the Venice Public Library on November 9th at 11:15 am to do the Community Walking Tour. All the materials will be provided including pencils, clipboards, and printouts. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes. If you are not able to join us on November 9th, we encourage you to complete the Windshield/Walking Tour on your own time.
