CHATs are citizen-led groups that partner with the Community Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP) to enhance the health and well-being of Sarasota County residents. CHATs are active in four areas of the county: Newtown, Laurel, Osprey, Venice, Nokomis (LOVN), Englewood, and North Port.
At CHAT meetings, community members identify and address local health challenges through collaborative efforts. Participation is free and open to everyone—no application required. Attend a meeting and contribute as much as you like!
