Join us for a FREE nutrition and cooking class hosted in partnership with All Faiths Food Bank and the Betty J. Johnson North Sarasota Library. Get simple strategies for eating healthy and learn how to make delicious, healthy food. All participants will get to eat the food made during class and get to take home a bag of groceries. Registration is required as space is limited, please register here.
