The Prevent T2 Lifestyle Change Program is a yearlong program designed for people with prediabetes. It is also designed for people who are at high risk for type 2 diabetes and want to lower their risk. It promotes modest weight loss (5%–7%) and increased physical activity through a 12-month lifestyle change program. It also reflects new literature on self-efficacy, physical activity, and diet.
