Prescription Drug Disposal in Sarasota County 

DOH-Sarasota provides Deterra Drug Deactivation System bags free of charge at our Downtown Sarasota location, 2200 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34237.

The Deterra bags are available for pickup at our information desk from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Additionally, prescription drug disposal boxes are available in the lobby of the Sarasota Police Department and the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office.
